tesla88 FAQ for Malaysian Players

tesla88 uses SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Identity documents you upload are only accessible by the trained internal verification team and are not shared with any third party. Once the verification process is complete, digital copies are stored in a secure server environment that meets international data protection standards.

Yes, this is an important requirement. The name you registered on your tesla88 account must match exactly with the name on your e-wallet account, bank account, or payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. A name mismatch may result in transactions being rejected or your account being frozen for a security review.

For Malaysian players, tesla88 accepts the MyKad (National Identity Card) as the primary document. You may also submit a valid Malaysian passport. Make sure the document image is clear, not blurry, and that all information including the card number, full name and date of birth is clearly readable before uploading.

If verification is rejected, tesla88 will notify you of the reason via email or live chat. The most common reasons are a document image that is too blurry, part of the information is obscured, or the name does not match. Re-upload a clearer document, ensure adequate lighting and that all four corners of the card are visible. If the problem persists, contact our 24/7 support for further assistance.

Identity verification is typically required when you make your first withdrawal, when your total accumulated withdrawals exceed a certain limit, or when the system detects activity that requires additional verification. This is a standard procedure to ensure the security of your account and to comply with the international licensing requirements held by tesla88.

Decimal odds show the total return for every RM1 wagered — for example, odds of 2.50 means you receive RM2.50 including your stake. Malay odds work differently: a positive value (such as +0.80) shows the profit for every RM1 staked, while a negative value (such as -1.25) means you need to wager that amount to win RM1. tesla88 allows players to choose their preferred format.

Bet results at tesla88 are settled based on the official match result. For football matches, settlement is made after 90 minutes of regular time (excluding extra time, unless stated in that bet type). If a match is postponed and not resumed within the period set by the organiser, bets will generally be cancelled and stakes returned.

Yes, tesla88 offers live betting for matches in progress. Odds are updated in real time based on match conditions — goals, red cards, and the latest statistics all affect the odds values. This gives players the opportunity to make decisions based on current match developments in the Malaysia Super League, EPL, or other international leagues.

In live betting, odds change rapidly according to current match conditions. If there is a slight delay between your click and the system confirmation, the displayed odds may have already changed. tesla88 uses an "accepted odds" setting — you can choose whether to accept the best odds only, any change, or only if the odds are better than the ones you selected. Check your betting settings before confirming.

Signs of problem gambling include: feeling the need to bet more money to get the same level of satisfaction, difficulty stopping even when you want to, lying to those around you about your gambling habits, using daily living expenses to gamble, or feeling anxious and irritable when not gambling.
